Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility
a. The competition is open to undergrad college students of all backgrounds and domains.
b. Participants must have a valid Twitter account to submit their memes.


2. Originality
a. Memes submitted must be original creations of the participants.
b. E-Cell RGPV holds no responsibility for any copyright infringement.

3. Content Guidelines
a. Memes should be centred around the themes of startup and entrepreneurship.
b. Memes must be in good taste and free from offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
c. Participants are encouraged to maintain a humorous and light-hearted approach while creating their memes.

4. Submission Process
a. Memes must be shared on Twitter using the designated Twitter hashtag.
b. Only one submission is allowed per participant.
c. E-Cell RGPV shall not be held responsible for any technical issues or failed submissions.

5. Rights and Permissions
a. By participating in the competition, participants grant the Entrepreneurship Cell RGPV the right to share, repost, and use their submitted memes for promotional purposes.

6. Fair Play
a. Participants are expected to adhere to the principles of fair play and sportsmanship.
b. Any attempt to manipulate voting, engage in unfair practices, or disrupt the competition may result in disqualification.

7. Judging
a. Memes will be judged based on creativity, humour, relevance to the themes, and overall impact.
b. The judging panel's decision will be final and binding.

8. Prizes
a. The winners will be announced and contacted directly through Twitter.

9. Disqualification
a. Entrepreneurship Cell RGPV reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules and regulations or engaging in any form of misconduct.
